Hi peeps. At first. I was hesitant to order the watch from there website, because i was not sure about the quality of the watch. I am a seiko and tissot watch lover. Then i saw the watch from bersigar website. I was curious about it. It took me days browsing and checking The watch eligibility and brand. It checks out they are legit watch maker. So i gave it a try. I bought the bersigar Luxaura 1662. Walla! The delivery sa fast. Took only 2 working days. It arrived well sealed. The box was special. And the watch. Omg. So beautiful. It comes with warranty, tools, etc. Perfect. Although there is only one flaw i can see. They could refine the brace hinge a little more...a bit stiff and more refinement on the edges . Other than that 9/10. Ill surely buy from them again maybe a gift or for me.
At first I was hesitant to order this piece but it changed my perception about it when I finally got to have it and see it for the first time. Quality, Material, and Craftsmanahip is excellent, never regretted ordering Bersigar and wouldn't mind ordering another. Worth the money.

Great look My watch. I placed my order for home delivery dispite wanting to visit the ship to check k out the watches for myself. I was not disappointed! The watch’s I choose , yes three were tracked and delivered within two days. Protected in beautiful boxes and once I opened them I sat and looked at hem for a long time enjoying a great purchase. 24 months warranty
The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Bersigar Watches.
Exchanges & Returns
Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. To obtain a return slip, the customer must login at customer account page and request the return . The items must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying Bersigar Watches about their decision to return the items.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The refund of the goods will be refunded to the customer once Bersigar Watches receives the goods.
In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by Bersigar Watches. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.

The international delivery is offered from $80 of purchase on our website and is operated by DHL and UPS. For a product in stock, the delivery time varies between 3 to 5 days.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world, except for Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Pakistan and Turkey.
What are the delivery methods and times?
We use the DHL Express service for deliveries in France and abroad. All our shipments are made with delivery against signature to avoid thefts in the mailboxes.
If you are not present on the day of delivery, you will be able to choose different delivery options on the DHL or UPS website, such as delivery at a later date, a drop-off at a relay point, a drop-off in a safe place, or the possibility of giving the package to a third party.
Deliveries take 3 to 5 days.

Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Watches:
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by our workshop.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by Baltic.
All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the Baltic watch.
Straps and accessories:
With regard to bracelets and accessories, our warranty covers all manufacturing defects that appear during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace (free of charge) a defective item due to a manufacturing error noticed by our workshop (aesthetic defect, stitching, damaged leather, scratched buckle...)
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the article (discoloration of the leather, etc...)
3. All types of damage resulting from improper handling or use, negligence, accident (scratches, etc.), improper use of the item.
How long is the warranty valid?
The Bersigar warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of order.
