Warranty Claims Require Physical Inspection
To process a warranty claim, the watch must be sent to our designated service location for physical inspection.
Photos or videos may be requested initially to help us assess the issue, but they do not replace the required physical inspection when requested by our team.
A warranty repair, replacement, or other resolution can only be confirmed after the watch has been received and inspected.
Warranty Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.
This includes:
-
Shipping the watch to our designated service location
-
Return shipping of the repaired or replacement watch back to the customer
-
Any applicable courier, customs, import, export, tax, or handling charges
BERSIGAR does not cover inbound or outbound shipping costs for warranty claims unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when sending your watch for inspection.
BERSIGAR is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged while being shipped to our service location.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Before sending your watch, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide:
-
Your order number
-
Purchaser's name and email address
-
A description of the issue
-
Clear photos and/or video showing the problem
Our team will review the information and provide the correct return instructions and service address.
Do not send your watch without receiving return instructions from our Customer Service Team first.
Warranty Inspection
Once the watch is received, our team will inspect it to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under the warranty.
If the issue is covered, BERSIGAR may:
-
Repair the watch
-
Replace the defective component
-
Replace the watch with the same model
-
Provide an equivalent replacement if the original model is unavailable
If the issue is found to be caused by accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification, or another non-covered condition, the warranty claim may be declined.
Proof of Purchase
Valid proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
The warranty applies to genuine BERSIGAR watches purchased directly through the official BERSIGAR website or an authorized BERSIGAR sales channel.
Important
Sending a watch to BERSIGAR does not automatically mean the warranty claim has been approved.
All claims are subject to inspection and verification of the reported defect.
